烧伤整形护理安全中应用风险管理的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Applying Risk Management in Burn Plastic Surgery Nursing Safety

目的:针对烧伤整形患者施以风险管理措施,观察该管理模式的价值。方法:随机选取2019年2月-2021年2月黔东南州人民医院收治的烧伤整形患者64例,随机分为对照组及观察组,分别接受常规护理及风险管理,观察组护理满意度及差错事件发生率、护理质量评分。结果:观察组护理文书书写、护理服务、理论知识及操作能力各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理工作差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:烧伤整形患者在护理过程中采取风险管理措施有利于全面控制风险,对提升护理满意度及护理质量具有重要意义。

Objective:To observe the value of risk management model for burn plastic surgery patients.Methods::A total of 64 patients with burn plastic surgery who were admitted to Qiandongnan Prefecture People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,receiving routine nursing and risk management respectively.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of errors events,and nursing quality score between the groups were observed.Results:The scores of nursing document writing,nursing service,theoretical knowledge and operation ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing work error rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking risk management measures in the nursing process of burn plastic surgery patients is conducive to comprehensive risk control,and is of great significance to improving nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.
