摘要
目的:探讨人性化沟通对缓解胃肠镜检查患者负性情绪的作用。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年10月在济南市济阳区人民医院进行胃肠镜检查的66例患者进行研究,按照抛硬币法将患者划分成两组,各33例。对照组在检查过程中实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施人性化沟通,归纳总结两组患者负性情绪情况、应对状态情况、护理满意度情况。结果:护理后,研究组抑郁、焦虑负性情绪少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组应对状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为胃肠镜检查患者使用人性化沟通方式,可以改善患者负性情绪,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanized communication on alleviating the negative emotion of patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:A total of 66 patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy received by Jiyang District People's Hospital of Jinan City from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected.According to the coin tossing method,the patients were divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the examination,and the study group was given humanized communication on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,coping status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were summarized.Results:The negative emotions of anxiety and depression of patients in the study group were less than those in the control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coping state of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of humanized communication methods for patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy can improve patients'negative emotions and is worthy of clinical reference.
