Application Effect of Standardized Training Network Information Platform for Standardized Training Nurses

目的:探讨基于临床护理能力构建护士规范化培训网络信息平台对规培护士的临床护理能力的影响。方法:将2019年1月-2020年12月珠海市慢性病防治中心护理部新入职的100名规培护士按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组50名予以常规培训方法培训,研究组50名予以基于临床护理能力构建护士规范化培训网络信息平台进行培训。比较两组临床护理能力以及专科成绩。结果:研究组自我评价临床护理能力调查问卷评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组同行评价临床护理能力调查问卷评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组专科理论成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组专业技能成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于临床护理能力构建护士规范化培训网络信息平台在规培护士培训中应用可提高其临床综合护理能力以及专业成绩。

Objective:To explore the impact of building a network information platform for standardized training of nurses based on clinical nursing ability on the clinical nursing ability of standardized training nurses.Methods:A total of 100 newly recruited standardized training nurses in Department of Nursing,Zhuhai Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Center from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The 50 cases in the control group were trained in conventional training methods,and 50 cases in the study group were trained on the network information platform for standardized training of nurses based on clinical nursing ability.The clinical nursing ability and specialty achievement of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of self-evaluation clinical nursing ability questionnaire in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of peer-evaluation clinical nursing ability questionnaire in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of specialty theory in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of professional skills in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the standardized training of nurses,the application of network information platform for standardized training of nurses based on clinical nursing ability can improve their clinical comprehensive nursing ability and professional achievement.
