工作坊与情景模拟案例教学在口腔颌面护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:提高口腔颌面外科护理教学的效果及培养实用性的综合急救能力。方法:选择科室40名护士,以2019年1-12月人员为对照组(采取传统教学模式),2020年1-12月人员为观察组(采取工作坊与情景模拟案例相结合教学模式),将两组教学效果进行比较。比较理论及操作成绩以及对教学方式的满意度。结果:观察组急救理论成绩、急救操作成绩、总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:工作坊与情景模拟案例相结合教学模式可以提高护理人员的急救综合素质和满意度,值得推广。 Objective:To improve the effectiveness of oral and maxillofacial surgery nursing teaching and to cultivate practical comprehensive first aid ability.Methods:A total of 40 nurses in the department were selected,those from January to December in 2019 were included as the control group and received traditional teaching mode and those from January to December in 2020 were included as the observation group and received the combined teaching mode with workshop and scenario simulation case.The teaching effects in two groups were compared.The theoretical and operational performance,as well as satisfaction with teaching methods were also compared.Results:The emergency theoretical performance,emergency operational performance,and overall satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of workshop and scenario simulation case teaching mode can improve the comprehensive first aid performance and satisfaction of nursing staff,which is worth promoting.
