Operational application of meteorological elements of gale and precipitation based on GIS

文章介绍了大连地区基于GIS的大风和降水两种气象要素进行的气象业务分析和应用。文章首先对数据的来源和传输进行了说明;详细介绍了大风要素和降水要素的处理,并给出了两个气象要素的业务应用效果;同时结合省局报警平台和气象台雨量报警模式对降水要素进行了改进设计。以期为大连市气象预报分析、气象信息服务提供科学决策依据。

This paper introduces the meteorological operation analysis and application of gale and precipitation based on GIS in Dalian area.This paper first explains the source and transmission of the data,introduces the treatment of gale and precipitation factors in detail.And the business application effects of two meteorological factors are given.At the same time,the precipitation factors are improved by combining the provincial bureau alarm platform and the rainfall alarm mode of meteorological station,in order to provide scientific decision-making basis for the meteorological forecast analysis and meteorological information service in Dalian.
