正交试验探究全抛釉配方

摘要 本文以陶瓷釉料中常用原材料为基础,通过正交实验设计,重点考察瓷质砖釉面的缺陷、防污性能,经连续正交试验,逐步确立最佳因素水平组合,最终设计出一种全抛釉配方。本文旨在为传统陶瓷配方的研究提供一种简便方法。 This article is based on the commonly used raw materials in ceramic glazes,through orthogonal experimental design,focusing on the defects and stains of resistance performance of the glaze of porcelain tiles.After continuous orthogonal experiments,the best combination of factors has been gradually established.In the end,a full polished glaze formula was designed.This article aims to provide a convenient method for the research of traditional ceramic formulations.
