线路增容改造中高电导率耐热导线的应用可行性 被引量:2

Application Feasibility of High-Conductivity Heat-Resistant Conductor in Line Capacity-Increasing Transformation

摘要 由于现役电网网架中的钢芯铝绞线类架空导线输送容量裕度低,使新能源的大范围并网受到极大的限制,而60%IACS耐热导线电导率低,输电过程中电能损耗高,为此开发61.5%IACS高电导率耐热铝合金绞线导线用于线路增容改造。结合城网线路增容改造实例,分析了61.5%IACS高电导率耐热铝合金绞线导线应用可行性。在原线路杆塔呼高余量足够的情况下,采用该类导线可在保证扩容1.6倍以上的前提下节能效果明显,有效提升了线路输送容量与能源利用率。在相比原线路导线弧垂、杆塔承力不增加情况下,采用该类导线可使原线路增容至少1.4倍,同时因导线采用铝包钢芯作为加强芯,有效提升了导线耐腐蚀性能,确保沿海地区或重污秽地区架空输电线路的安全运行可靠性。 Because of the low capacity margin of ACSR overhead conductor in the grid structure on active service,the large-scale grid connection of new energy is greatly limited.However,the 60%IACS conductivity heat-resistant conductor is low-conductivity and high power loss in the transmission process.Therefore,61.5% IACS high-conductivity heat-resistant aluminum alloy stranded conductor is developed for line capacity-increasing transformation.Combined with the example of city power network line capacity-increasing transformation,the application feasibility of 61.5%IACS high-conductivity heat-resistant aluminum alloy stranded conductor is analyzed.Under the condition of enough tower height allowance of the original transmission line,the adoption of this kind of conductor can achieve obvious energy-saving effect on the premise of ensuring the capacity-increasing of more than 1.6 times,and effectively improve the transmission capacity and energy utilization rate of the transmission line.Under the condition of no increase in conductor sag and tower bearing capacity compared with the original line,the capacity of the original line can be increased by at least 1.4 times by using this kind of conductor.At the same time,the aluminum clad steel core can be used as the reinforcing core of the conductor,which effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the conductor and ensures the safe operation reliability of overhead transmission lines in coastal areas or heavily polluted areas.
