基于“脾与小肠相通”理论探讨脾-肠-菌-高血压相关性

Discussion on Correlation Between Spleen-intestine-bacteria and Hypertension Based on the Theory of“Communication Between Spleen and Small Intestine”

高血压因其高罹患率、高致残率、高死亡率及疾病后期伴有心、脑、肾等多器官严重并发症,被认为是影响身体健康尤其是造成心脑血管疾病及其死亡的“隐形杀手”,其机制的明确和降压疗效的最大化一直是业界的重点与难点。传统中医对高血压的机制研究主要重于肝肾而忽略其脾(肠)胃,既往关于高血压中西医机制认识或治疗很难通过某种共同通路或渠道彼此衔接。近年来,通过对肠道微生物菌群研究,发现肠道菌群自身调节作用与血压相关,又与中医肠脾泌别清浊、运化功能在一定程度上相契合,因此,“脾-肠-菌”通路极有可能是血压调控的新靶点。本文据此就“脾-肠-菌”通路与高血压的相关性作一探讨,为临床治疗高血压提供新思路。

Because of its high attack rate,high morbidity,high mortality and disease later accompanied by multiple organs such as heart,brain,kidney of serious complications,hypertension affects the body health,causes cardiovascular diseases and is the invisible killer for the death.The clarification of its mechanism and the maximization of antihypertensive effect have always been the focus and difficulty of the field.In the past,research on the mechanism of hypertension mainly focused on the liver and kidney instead of the spleen(intestine)and stomach.Therefore,it was difficult to connect the understanding and treatment of TCM and Western medicine through certain common pathway or channel.In recent years,through the study on intestinal microflora,it has been found that the self-regulation of intestinal microflora is related to human blood pressure,and is in accordance with the functions of clearing turbidity and migration of intestinal and spleen secretion in TCM to a certain extent.Therefore,the possibility of the existence of“spleen-intestinal-bacteria”pathway is highly likely to be a new target for blood pressure regulation.This article discussed the correlation between the“spleen-intestine-bacteria”pathway and hypertension,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of hypertension.
