中药调控Toll样受体4信号通路干预心肌缺血作用机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 炎症反应是心肌缺血的关键病理机制。Toll样受体(TLR)4属经典抗炎通路,通过激活核因子(NF)-κB信号通路,促进炎症因子、趋化因子释放,引起一系列炎症反应,抑制该信号通路可减轻炎症反应,缓解心肌损伤。中医辨证论治在防治心肌缺血方面疗效显著,与TLR4信号通路的相关研究逐渐增加。本文通过检索文献发现,目前研究较多的中药以活血化瘀类复方及单味药有效成分居多,其作用机制与调控TLR4、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3、肿瘤坏死因子-α相关蛋白,以及抑制TLR4/NF-κB信号通路、高迁移率族蛋白B1-TLR4信号轴有关,从而减轻炎症反应,抑制细胞凋亡,保护心肌结构及心功能,可为中药临床运用及相关研究提供参考。 Inflammatory response is a key pathological mechanism for the occurrence and development of myocardial ischemia.TLR4 is a classic anti-inflammatory pathway.By activating the NF-κB signaling pathway,it promotes the release of inflammatory factors and chemokines,causing a series of inflammatory responses,and inhibiting the signaling pathway can reduce inflammation and improve myocardial damage.TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation is effective in preventing and treating myocardial ischemia,and the related research on TLR4 signaling pathway is gradually increasing.Through literature retrieval,this article found that the most studied Chinese materia medica were compounds and single herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the mechanism of action was related to the regulation of TLR4,nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3,tumor necrosis factor-α-related protein,and inhibition of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway,high mobility group box protein B1-TLR4 signaling axis,which could reduce inflammatory response,inhibit apoptosis,protect myocardial structure and cardiac function,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of TCM and related research.
