摘要
目的:分析全面质量管理在医院医疗质量与安全管理中的运用价值。方法:本院于2019年7月-2021年7月实施全面质量管理,同2017年7月-2019年6月实施常规医疗质量管理下发生医疗事件进行对比,比较管理前后安全、护理、医疗质量。结果:全面质量管理实施后,该院安全质量优于管理前;护理质量优于管理前;医疗质量优于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:全面质量管理在医院医疗质量与安全管理中实施,能够降低不良事件、医患纠纷、投诉率等事件的发生,提高查房次数、器械消毒合格率等。
Objective:To analyze the application value of comprehensive quality management in hospital medical quality and safety management.Methods:This hospital implemented comprehensive quality management from July 2019 to July 2021,the medical events were compared with that occurred under routine medical quality management from July 2017 to June 2019,and the safety,nursing,and medical quality before and after management were also compared.Results:After the implementation of comprehensive quality management,the hospital safety quality was better than before management;nursing quality was better than before management;medical quality was better than before management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive quality management in hospital medical quality and safety management can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,doctor-patient disputes,complaint rate and other events,and increase the number of ward rounds and the qualified rate of equipment disinfection.
