绿色化建筑设计的目标并不局限于建筑某一阶段的资源最大化或环境保护问题,而是从设计到施工、验收、运行和拆除再循环的整个生命周期,促使建筑减少能源需求和能源消耗。因此,绿色建筑理念在高层民用住宅设计中实际应用时,不仅要考虑高层民用住宅建设过程中的节能降耗,还需要对后期其他阶段的相关内容进行充分整合考虑,最终完成综合性设计。

The goal of green building design is not limited to the maximization of resources or environmental protection issues at a certain stage of the building,but the entire life cycle from design to construction,acceptance,operation and demolition recycling,which promote the buildings to reduce energy demand and energy consumption.Therefore,when the concept of green building is actually applied in the design of high-rise residential buildings,it is not only necessary to consider the energy saving and consumption reduction during the construction of high-rise residential buildings,but also to fully integrate and consider the relevant content in subsequent stages,and finally complete the comprehensive design.
