The quality of real estate development projects mainly depends on the management and coordination of the construction site,and any problems on the construction site should not be underestimated.This article analyzes different aspects of construction site management of real estate development projects,divides construction site management into four aspects:project management,construction management,quality management and cost management,and puts forward corresponding measures,demonstrating the key role of on-site management of real estate development projects in real estate development.
