摘要
EPC总承包模式下的工程项目包含较多的工作和环节,管理工作也涉及较多的内容,其中,物资采购管理是合同管理的重要内容,必须要做好采购合同管理工作,根据合同的要求制定采购计划、确定采购进度,建立汇报机制;采用全员参与管理的方式,各参建单位都要参与到采购合同管理中;还可以采用全过程管理的方法,对物资采购的各个环节进行管理,为项目的顺利开展提供保障。
The engineering project under the EPC general contract mode includes various tasks and links,and the management work also involves many contents.Among them,the material procurement management is an important part of the contract management,and the procurement contract management must be done well.It is necessary to formulate a procurement plan,determine the procurement progress,and establish a reporting mechanism according to the requirements of the contract.Using the method of full participation in management,all participating units must participate in the management of the procurement contract.The whole process management method is adopted to manage all aspects of material procurement to provide guarantee for the smooth development of the project.
