随着我国社会的高速发展,城市与乡村出现了发展严重不平衡的问题,在一些农村地区甚至出现了空心化、土地荒芜化等各种问题。需要积极推动我国新型城镇化建设,保障城市发展与农业现代化建设形成有效协同。本文基于城乡统筹的循环型城镇产业规划实施路径进行详细的分析,从资源优势、集聚效果以及农业增值模式等方面出发,针对规划实施路径进行了探讨,以此为相关领域的工作人员提供一定的参考。

With the rapid development of China’s society,the problem of serious unbalanced development between cities and villages has appeared.In some rural areas,various problems such as hollowing and desolation of land have even appeared.It is necessary to actively promote the construction of new urbanization in China and ensure effective synergy between urban development and agricultural modernization.This article makes a detailed analysis of the implementation path of circular urban industrial planning based on urban and rural planning,and discusses the planning implementation path from the perspectives of resource advantages,agglomeration effects,and agricultural value-added models,so as to provide certain guidance for staff in related fields.
