高层建筑工程施工及其施工技术研究

High-rise Building Engineering Construction and Its Construction Technology Research

工业化和城市化的快速发展,使得很多地区都存在着土地资源紧缺的情况,而土地资源的这种供需不平衡局面,使得在开展工程建设的过程中,人们越来越倾向于采用高层建筑,因为高层建筑的纵向延伸结构特点,可有效实现土地资源和空间资源的科学利用。但与中低层建筑相比,高层建筑显然有着更高的施工难度,在开展建设施工时,应重视各种施工技术的有效应用。基于此,本文重点分析了高层建筑项目实施中的施工技术,可以给高层建筑项目的实施提供技术参考。

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,there is a shortage of land resources in many areas,and the imbalance between supply and demand of land resources makes people being inclined to use high-rise buildings in the process of engineering construction,because of the longitudinal extension structure of high-rise buildings,it can effectively realize the scientific utilization of land resources and space resources.However,compared with medium-and low-rise buildings,high-rise buildings obviously have higher construction difficulties.When carrying out construction,attention should be paid to the effective application of various construction technologies.Based on this condition,this article focuses on analyzing the construction technology in the implementation of high-rise building projects,which can provide technical reference for the implementation of high-rise building projects.
