轻骨料热拌沥青在冻害地区柔性路面中的应用研究 被引量:1

Application of Lightweight Aggregate Hot Mix Asphalt in Flexible Pavement in Frost Damaged Area

摘要 路面冻害是北方严寒地区较为常见的路面灾害,会给交通带来极大的不便,影响路面的耐久性和使用寿命。路面冻害成为公路工程技术人员关注的重点。目前现有的改善柔性路面冻害的方法因成本高昂,对施工技术的要求较高且有效性较低等原因未得到广泛使用。提出了采用轻质集料(LWA)代替传统沥青集料而制成的低导电性路面,LWA-沥青混合料能有效减少霜冻对路面层的渗透程度,降低霜冻对路面的影响,同时降低霜冻损伤的维护成本。着重介绍了LWA-沥青混合料的物理性能、配合比设计以及相关的热学和力学性能。 Pavement frost damage is a common pavement disaster in severe cold areas in North China,which will bring great inconvenience to traffic and affect the durability and service life of pavement.Pavement frost damage has become the focus of highway engineering technicians.At present,the existing methods to improve the frost damage of flexible pavement have not been widely used because of high cost,high requirements for construction technology and low effectiveness.This paper proposes a low conductivity pavement made of lightweight aggregate(LWA)instead of traditional asphalt aggregate.LWA asphalt mixture can effectively reduce the penetration of frost to the pavement layer,reduce the impact of frost on the pavement,and reduce the maintenance cost of frost damage.This paper focuses on the physical properties,mix proportion design and related thermal and mechanical properties of LWA asphalt mixture.
