石蝉草中化学成分的分离纯化及抗N1神经氨酸酶活性研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of Peperomia dindygulensis Miq.and their anti-N1 neuraminidase activities

摘要 目的研究胡椒科草胡椒属植物石蝉草的化学成分,以期得到具有抑制N1神经氨酸酶活性的化合物。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法对石蝉草的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构,对分离所得化合物进行抗N1神经氨酸酶活性测定。结果与结论从胡椒科草胡椒属植物石蝉草中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为N-trans-feruloyldopamine(1)、N-trans-feruloyltyramine(2)、methyl(E)caffeate(3)、5,7-二羟基-8,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(4)、peperomins E(5)、异高黄芩素-4′-甲醚-8-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖基(1→4)β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、5,7,8-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),其中化合物1、2、3、7为首次从石蝉草中分离得到。活性测试结果显示,化合物1、6、7抑制N1神经氨酸酶活性较强。 To obtain compounds with N1 neuraminidase inhibitory activity,we performed this research about the chemical constituents from Piperaceae plant,Peperomia dindygulensis Miq..Silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex column chromatography and HPLC were used in the isolation,and spectral data were used in the structure identification of the compounds.Seven compounds were isolated and identified as N-trans-feruloyldopamine(1),feruloyltyramine(2),methyl(E)caffeate(3),5,7-dihydroxy-8,4′-dimethoxy flavone(4),peperomins E(5),iso-baicalein-4′-methoxy-8-O-α-L-arabinosyl(1→4)β-D-glucoside(6),5,7,8-trihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone-8-O-β-D-glucoside(7).Among them,compounds 1,2,3 and 7 were isolated for the first time from Peperomia dindygulensis.Then,the anti-N1 neuraminidase activity tests were carried out.The results showed that compounds 1,6 and 7 inhibited the activity of N1 neuraminidase strongly.
