新时代增强职业教育适应性的核心内涵、逻辑主线与实践审视 被引量:8

摘要 增强职业教育适应性是新时代我国职业教育内涵发展的新特征、新要求,同时也是衡量和评判现代职业教育发展质量的重要指标。新时代增强职业教育适应性的核心内涵应包含:加快发展现代产业体系,推动现代经济体系建设;深化供给侧结构性改革,为第二个百年奋斗目标夯实人力资源支撑;促进人的自由全面发展,彰显中国特色职业教育优越性。其逻辑主线应把握:强化职业教育类型特色的发展基点;激活多元办学关键内核;拓展多维融合基本路径;提高职业教育开放水平。其实践路径可以从四个方面加以审视:树立大职业教育观,更新教育教学思维理念;聚焦制度建设,构建现代职业教育制度体系新格局;重构职业教育办学新模式,推进职业教育办学开放化;围绕产业发展,优化专业及专业群建设。 Strengthening the adaptability of vocational education is the new feature and requirement of the connotation development of vocational education in China in the new era.At the same time,it is also an important index to measure and judge the development quality of modern vocational education.The core connotation of strengthening the adaptability of vocational education in the new era should include three contents:accelerating the development of modern industrial system and promoting the construction of modern economic system;deepening the supply-side structural reform and strengthening human resources to support the second Centenary Goal;promoting people’s free and comprehensive development and highlighting the superiority of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.The logical main line should be grasped from four aspects:strengthening the development basis of the characteristics of vocational education types;activating the key core of diversified school-running;expanding the basic path of multi-dimensional integration;improving the opening level of vocational education.The choice of practice should be reviewed in the following four aspects:setting up the concept of great vocational education to renew the concept of educational and teaching thinking;focusing on system construction to construct a new pattern of modern vocational education system;re-constructing the new mode of running vocational education to promote the opening of running vocational education;focusing on the industrial development to optimize specialty and specialty group construction.
