摘要
作为与经济社会发展紧密相关的类型教育,职业教育积极融入新时期社会经济建设,为社会经济稳定发展提供文化、科技与人才支持。在驱动经济高质量发展、实现共同富裕过程中,职业教育凭借技能输出与人才供给优势,发挥着无法替代的作用。共同富裕背景下,教育公平机制尚未健全、优质教育资源供需矛盾突出、品质化教育深入性有待挖掘和“学校后教育”失衡问题凸显,成为阻滞职业教育高质量发展的瓶颈。职业院校应基于共同富裕战略目标,构建科学高效的教育体系;坚持共同富裕发展观,全方位均衡配置优质教育资源;拓宽共同富裕道路,培育“技能富裕”人才;筑牢共同富裕根基,精准定位职业教育功能,以此形塑职业教育可持续发展新优势。
As an education type closely related to social and economic development,vocational education is actively integrated into the battlefield of social and economic construction in the new era,providing cultural,technological and talent support for the stable development of society and economy.In the process of driving high-quality economic development and realizing common prosperity,vocational education plays an irreplaceable role as an engine by virtue of its advantages in skills output and talent supply.Under the background of common prosperity,the educational equity mechanism has not been perfected,the contradiction between supply and demand of high-quality educational resources is prominent,the depth of quality education needs to be explored,and the imbalance of“post-school education”has become a bottleneck that hinders the high-quality development of vocational education.Vocational colleges should build a scientific and efficient education system based on the strategic goal of common prosperity;adhere to the development concept of common prosperity to allocate high-quality educational resources in an all-round and balanced manner;broaden the paths of common prosperity to cultivate talents with“skilled prosperity”;build a solid foundation for common prosperity to precisely position the function of vocational education,so as to shape the new advantages of sustainable development of vocational education.
