摘要 介绍了厌氧脱色技术在山东某纺织印染企业4000 m^(3)/d中等浓度有机废水处理的工程实例,1000 m^(3)/d含PVA的退浆废水单独芬顿氧化预处理后与其他废水混合进集中处理,设计了初次絮凝沉淀-厌氧-泥膜复合好氧-二次沉淀-生物接触氧化-终端絮凝沉淀池的工艺流程,综合废水进水水质pH 9~10、COD 700~1000 mg/L、NH_(3)-N 20~30 mg/L、SS 400~500 mg/L、TP 8~10 mg/L、色度300~400倍,出水水质为COD为34 mg/L、NH_(3)-N 6 mg/L、SS 43 mg/L、TP0.45 mg/L、色度25倍,满足纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准(GB4287-2012)表2的直接排放标准。该工艺利用厌氧进行脱色,设计了点对点布水系统,布水均匀、水力停留时间长,脱色效果好、能耗低。工程稳定运行7年,处理效果稳定。 An engineering case of anaerobic decolorization technology for treating 4000 m^(3)/d medium concentration organic wastewater in a printing and dyeing enterprise in Shandong Province was put forwad.The 1000 m^(3)/d desizing wastewater containing PVA was pretreated by Fenton oxidation and then mixed with other wastewater for centralized treatment.A treating process,combining the first flocculation precipitation+anaerobic hydrolysis+aerobic treatment of activated sludge+the secondary sedimentation+sedimentation+biological contact oxidation+terminal flocculation precipitation,had been designed.The influent quality parameters were 9~10 of pH,700~1000 mg/L of COD,20~30 mg/L of NH_(3)-N,400~500 mg/L of SS,8~10 mg/L of TP and 300~400 times of chroma.The effluent quality parameters were 34 mg/L of COD,6 mg/L of NH_(3)-N,43 mg/L of SS,0.45 mg/L of TP and 25 times of chroma,which reached the direct emission standards of"The Discharge Standard for Water Pollutants of Dyeing and Printing of Textile Industry"(GB 4287-2012).The process used anaerobic for decolorization and designed a point-to-point water distribution system with uniform water distribution,long hydraulic retention time,superior decolorization effect and low energy consumption.The project has been in stable operation for 7 years with a stable treatment effect.
