多级A/O-SBBR生化工艺耦合生态净化系统处理猪场沼液的工程应用

摘要 针对江西某规模化生猪养殖厂废水,在原有沼气池基础上,采用多级A/O-SBBR生化工艺耦合生态净化系统进行处理。主要介绍了工艺流程和运行参数,并结合稳定运行结果显示,该工艺对COD、BOD_(5)和SS去除率分别达到90.3%、93.9%、93.2%,出水分别为145、55 mg/L和75 mg/L,出水稳定达标并优于《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084-2005)中的排放标准,且电费约0.95元/m^(3),药剂费约0.66元/m^(3),合计约1.61元/m^(3)。 This project is aimed at the treatment of wastewater from a large-scale pig breeding factory in Jiangxi.On the basis of the original biogas digester,the combined process of"regulating tank+A/O+sequencing batch biofilm reactor(SBBR)+oxidation pond+constructed wetland"was used for treatment.The process flow and operating parameters were mainly introduced,and the stable operation results showed that the process achieved 90.3%,93.9%and 93.2%removal rates of COD,BOD_(5) and SS,respectively,and the effluent concentrations were 145 mg/L,55 mg/L and 75 mg/L.The effluent was stable and better than the discharge standard in the"Farmland Irrigation Water Quality Standard"(GB 5084-2005).The electricity cost was about 0.95 yuan/ton,and the pharmaceutical cost was about 0.66 yuan/m^(3),totaling about 1.61 yuan/m^(3).
