摘要
发光金属有机骨架(LMOFs)由于具有特定功能的金属位点、Lewis酸性/碱性位点、可修饰的多齿有机配体,以及丰富的π-π*电子跃迁系统,在荧光领域具有惊人的潜力。拥有良好热稳定性、化学稳定性、结构可修饰性的荧光UiO-66系列功能材料(UiO-66-Type)在荧光检测、药物递送、荧光生物成像等应用中表现出高灵敏性、高选择性、低信噪比、可回收利用等特点,具有传统荧光材料不可比拟的优势,以具有低荧光强度的UiO-66为出发点,分析并总结了各种功能化UiO-66-Type构筑荧光的策略,在构筑荧光策略的基础上对其在荧光领域的应用和存在的问题进行总结并展望,为各位读者提供新的思路和理论支撑。
Luminescent Metal-organic Frameworks(LMOFs)have specific functions due to its metal sites,Lewis acid/basic sites,modifiable multidentate organic ligands,and abundantπ-π*electronic transition systems,and have amazing potential in the field of fluorescence.A series of fluorescent UiO-66functional materials(UiO-66-Type)with good thermal stability,chemical stability,and structural modifiable properties shown the high sensitivity,low signal noise,recyclability,and etc.in fluorescence detection,drug delivery and delivery,fluorescent biological imaging and other applications.Fluorescence UiO-66-Type had incomparable advantages than traditional fluorescent materials.The UiO-66-Type with low fluorescence intensity was taken as the starting point,analyzed and summarized the construction of various functional UiO-66-Type fluorescence strategies.Based on the construction of fluorescence strategies and its application in the field of fluorescence,the existing problems were summarized and prospected to provide readers with new ideas and theoretical support.
