摘要 随着科技的发展,涂料的应用领域不断拓展,新型功能性涂料层出不穷,其中,智能涂料成为近年来涂料行业的研发热点之一,尤其是外援型自修复智能涂料的研究日益广泛。探讨了转化膜缓蚀、微胶囊等外援型自修复智能技术在涂料中应用的最新进展,包括各自的自修复机理、性能特点、发展前景等。提出在涂料中协同应用多重自修复智能保护技术,以解决不同自修复智能涂料开发中存在的瓶颈问题。 With the development of science and technology,the application of coatings is persistently expanding,and new functional coatings thrive.Among them,the research and development of smart coatings has become one of the hotspots in the coating industry in recent years,especially the research of extrinsic self-healing smart coatings.The latest progress in the application of extrinsic self-healing smart technologies such as corrosion inhibition technology of conversion film and microcapsule technology in coatings was discussed in detail,including their self-healing mechanism,performance characteristics and development prospects and etc..The collaborative application of multiple self-healing smart protection technologies in coatings was proposed to solve the bottleneck problems in the development of different self-healing smart coatings.
