碳纤维表面多尺度界面构建及其复合材料力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用硫醇烯反应在碳纤维表面一次性构建了由碳纳米管和石墨烯组成的多尺度界面,并通过密炼的方式与聚丙烯共混制备成复合材料。按照ASTM及ISO标准通过注塑制备标准样。结果表明:本实验制备的碳纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的弯曲、拉伸及冲击强度有明显提升。多尺度结构有效地提高了聚丙烯基体与纤维之间的界面结合强度。此外,还分析了碳纤维修饰前后的表面官能团变化及形貌变化对复合材料性能的影响。 The multi-scale structure composed of carbon nanotubes and graphene was constructed on carbon fiber(CF)surface via thiol-ene reaction.CF reinforced polypropylene(PP)composites were prepared by melt-blending.The standard samples were prepared by injection molding according to ASTM and ISO standards.The test results shown that the bending,tensile and impact strength of CF/PP composites prepared by this method were significantly improved.The interfacial bonding strength between the PP matrix and the CF was effectively improved by the multiscale structure.Additionally,the effects of modified CF surface on the composite properties were also analyzed.
