无机包覆聚苯乙烯防火门芯板耐火性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对防火门芯板填充材料耐火性能的问题,以α-半水石膏作为硫氧镁水泥的改性剂,在七水硫酸镁∶轻烧氧化镁∶α-半水石膏质量比为1∶2∶2,水膏质量比为1的条件下,通过火灾稳定性试验、抗压强度试验及燃烧热值试验,研究密度分别为300kg/m^(3)、350kg/m^(3)、400kg/m^(3)、450kg/m^(3)、500kg/m^(3)的无机包覆聚苯乙烯防火门芯板的耐火性能变化规律。结果表明:无机包覆聚苯乙烯防火门芯板抗压强度损失率随着密度的增大而提高;耐火时间及燃烧热值随密度的增大而下降。无机包覆聚苯乙烯材料满足防火门芯板耐火性能标准,为防火门芯板填充材料提供了一种新途径。 Aiming at the problem of the fire resistance performance of the filling material of core board of fireresistant door,α-hemihydrate gypsum was used as the modifier of magnesium oxysulfide cement,sulfate heptahydrate∶light burned magnesia∶alpha half water gypsum quality ratio of 1∶2∶2,and water paste mass ratio of 1,through the fire stability test,the compressive strength test and combustion heat value test,the changes in fire resistance of inorganic coated polystyrene(PS)core boards of fire-resistant door with the densities respectively 300kg/m^(3),350kg/m^(3),400kg/m^(3),450kg/m^(3),500kg/m^(3)were researched.The results shown that the compressive strength loss rate of the inorganic coated PS material increased with the increase of the density,The fire resistance time and the combustion heat value decreased with the increase of the density.The inorganic coated PS material met the fire resistance performance standard of the fire door core board,and provided new way for the fire door core board filling material.
