At the 8^(th) China EV100 Forum held online on March 25-27,2022,Lin Nianxiu,Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission,said in his speech that compared with the initial stage of the 13th Five-year Plan,the proportion of private consumption of new energy vehicles has increased from 47%to 78%,and the proportion of private consumption in cities without imposing restrictive measures on car purchases has increased from 40%to 70%,reflecting the significant increase in the recognition of the new energy vehicle market and the continuous emergence of the endogenous driving force for industrial development.In the future,we should strictly control the production capacity of new energy vehicles,strengthen the rectification of violations,and encourage innovation and cooperation between Chinese and foreign counterparts.
