膀胱脉管瘤1例

A case of bladder hemolymphangioma

膀胱脉管瘤是一种较为罕见的膀胱良性肿瘤,临床表现为间歇性无痛性肉眼血尿,部分患者可合并膀胱炎症状。它的影像学检查缺乏特异性,最终确诊需要靠病理学检查。目前手术治疗被认为是治疗膀胱脉管瘤最有效的方式。现报道昆明医科大学第二附属医院诊治的1例膀胱脉管瘤患者。

Bladder hemolymphangioma is a rare benign tumor of the bladder.The clinical manifestation is intermittent painless gross hematuria and cystitis in some patients.Its imaging examination lacks specificity,so final diagnosis depends on pathological examination.At present,surgical treatment is considered to be the most effective way to treat bladder hemolymphangioma.A case of bladder hemolymphangioma diagnosed and treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University is reported.
