Research on the Ability Standard of Commanders in Information Support Forces

信息保障部队作为区别于传统火力打击部队的专业化部队,对其作战效果的评价更多体现在为火力打击部队提供及时、准确、可靠的信息情报支撑。其战斗力生成过程高度依赖于运用高技术态势感知装备和指挥信息系统对海空态势进行全面掌握,因此,对其指挥员能力标准的研究必须深度融合态势感知装备与指挥系统的战技性能,才能保证研究成果的科学性、操作性和可测性。

Information support force,as a specialized force different from the traditional fire attack force,the evaluation of its operational effect is more reflected in providing timely,accurate and reliable information support for the fire attack force.Its combat effectiveness generation process highly depends on the use of high-tech situational awareness equipment and command information system to comprehensively grasp the maritime and air situation.Therefore,the research on the commander capability standard must deeply integrate the situational awareness equipment and the combat performance of the command system,so as to ensure the scien⁃tific,operational and testable results of the research.
