摘要 合成旅装备保障能力评估是一项系统工程,而评估流程是整个评估活动的基础性工作,评估流程的科学性、规范性直接影响评估的成败。论文运用评估基础理论对合成旅装备保障能力评估流程进行分析,将整个评估工作分为评估准备、评估实施和评估总结三个阶段,详细阐释了各阶段的具体步骤及相关事项,研究形成了一套较为规范的陆军装备保障能力评估组织实施流程,为规范合成旅装备保障能力评估组织实施提供参考。 Synthetic brigade equipment support capability assessment is a systematic project,and the assessment process is the basic work of the whole assessment activity.The scientificity and standardization of the assessment process directly affect the suc⁃cess or failure of the assessment.Travel by using the theory of evaluation based on synthesis equipment support ability evaluation process are analyzed,and the whole evaluation can be divided into evaluation preparation,implementation and appraisal summariz⁃es three stages,of each stage are elaborated in detail the specific steps and related matters,the research developed a more norma⁃tive synthetic brigade organization and implementation process equipment support ability evaluation.It provides reference for stan⁃dardization of equipment support capability evaluation organization and implementation of synthetic brigade.
