一种非接触磁感应式行程开关设计

摘要 针对物理开关和电子开关在实际应用中存在的劣势,设计一种非接触磁感式行程开关。首先,阐述物理开关、电子开关和磁感应开关的基本原理;然后,设计磁感应行程开关的机械结构,并说明部件构成;最后,对比分析三型开关的技术指标,进行磁感应行程开关的可靠性实验。结果表明,磁感应行程开关在抗干扰、供电、通断速度、轻量化和可靠性等方面优势明显,可广泛应用于火炮、冶金、机械、矿山、电力、铁路等领域,尤其在恶劣的环境条件下,具有无法比拟的优势。 Aiming at the disadvantages of physical switch and electronic switch in practical application,a non-contact mag⁃netic switch is designed.Firstly,the basic principles of physical switch,electronic switch and magnetic induction switch are de⁃scribed.Then,the mechanical structure of magnetic induction travel switch is designed,and its components are explained.Finally,the technical specifications of the three types of switch are compared and analyzed,and the reliability experiment of magnetic induc⁃tion travel switch is carried out.The results show that the magnetic induction travel switch has obvious advantages in anti-interfer⁃ence,power supply,on-off speed,lightweight and reliability,and can be widely used in artillery,metallurgy,machinery,min⁃ing,electric power,railway and other fields,especially under harsh environmental conditions.
