BIM技术在教育建设项目中的应用前景分析——以深圳市坪山区某学校工程项目为例

THE APPLICATION PROSPECT ANALYSIS OF BIM TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS——TAKING AN ENGINEERING PROGRAM OF A SCHOOL OF PING SHAN DISTRICT SHENZHEN CITY AS AN EXAMPLE

本文梳理和分析了BIM技术在教育建设项目中的应用现状,对比了传统建设模式与基于BIM技术的建设模式之间的差异,并且通过具体的应用案例进一步证明BIM技术在教育建设项目中的应用优势。考虑到数字化城市建设与政府顶层设计之间的关系,笔者认为,在教育建设项目中应用BIM技术已是大势所趋。

This paper combs and analyzes the application status of BIM technology in education construction projects, compares the differences between the traditional construction mode and the construction mode based on BIM technology, and further proves the application advantages of BIM technology in education construction projects through specific application cases. Considering the relationship between digital city construction and government toplevel design, the author believes that the application of BIM technology in educational construction projects is the trend.
