广州市增城区是珠三角核心区域之一。随着社会的发展与时代的进步,广州市增城区的停车难问题日益突出。增城区黄泥塘立体停车库在解决停车难、出行难等重大民生问题的过程中发挥了重要的作用,它既是解决增城区人民医院周边停车难问题、完善便民服务设施的民生工程,也是完善附属配套设施、提升增城区新城形象的示范工程。

Zengcheng district of Guangzhou is one of the core areas of Pearl River Delta. With the development of society and the progress of the times, the parking problems in Zengcheng district of Guangzhou city has become increasingly prominent.The three-dimensional parking garage of Huangnitang in Zengcheng district plays an important role in solving major livelihood problems such as parking and travel difficulties. It is not only a livelihood project to solve the parking problems around the People’s Hospital in Zengcheng district and improve the convenience service facilities, but also a demonstration project to improve the ancillary facilities and enhance the image of the new town in Zengcheng district.
