城市化进程不断加快,促进了房地产行业的发展。设计单位承接的项目往往以房地产开发项目为主。鉴于房地产开发项目具有商品属性,人们对设计单位的要求越来越高。因此,设计单位需要积极解决房地产开发项目中的设计问题,例如报批报建图纸、施工图纸、竣工图纸不规范等问题。本文主要阐述了房地产开发项目中常见的图纸设计问题,旨在为相关设计人员提供参考和借鉴。

The accelerating urbanization process has promoted the development of the real estate industry.The projects undertaken by design units are often dominated by real estate development projects. In view of the commodity nature of real estate development projects, people’s requirements for design units are getting higher and higher. Therefore, the design units need to actively solve the design problems in real estate development projects, such as nonstandard of approval of construction drawings, construction drawings and completion drawings.This paper mainly expounds the common drawing design problems encountered in real estate development project, so as to provide reference for relevant designers.
