试析绿色建筑理念与住宅设计的融合

INVESTIGATION ON THE INTEGRATION OF GREEN BUILDING CONCEPT AND RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

随着城市各项基础设施日益完善,人们对建筑住宅的要求不断提高。在住宅设计工作中,设计人员除了需要保证住宅的舒适性之外,还需要在住宅设计中融入绿色建筑理念。设计人员还必须坚持以人为本的原则,优化设计方案,充分利用各类资源,从而为居民打造舒适的、健康的、环保的生活空间。本文对绿色建筑理念与住宅设计的融合加以论述,旨在为业界同人提供参考和借鉴。

With the improvement of urban infrastructure, people’s requirements for residential buildings are increasing. In the residential design work, designers not only need to ensure the comfort of the residence, but also need to integrate the concept of green building in residential design. Designers must also adhere to the principle of people oriented,optimize the design scheme, and make full use of various resources, so as to create a comfortable,healthy and environment-friendly living space for people.This paper discusses investigation on the integration of green building concept and residential design,so as to provide reference for relevant designers.
