摘要 基础工程造价在工程总造价中的占比较大,其直接影响了工程的经济效益。如何选择合适的地下室基础设计方案,是设计人员一直在探讨的问题。基于此,笔者根据建筑结构特点,分析了两种地下室桩基础设计方案,并且根据计算结果来分析这两种桩的反力大小和经济性。分析结果表明,采用高强预应力管桩更加合理。 Basement engineering cost accounts for a large proportion in the total cost of the project, which directly affects the economic benefits of the project.How to select the appropriate basement foundation design scheme is a problem that designers have been discussing. Based on this, the author analyzes two kinds of design schemes of basement pile foundation according to the characteristics of building structure,and analyzes the reaction force and economy of the two kinds of piles according to the calculation results.The analysis results show that the high strength prestressed pipe pile is more reasonable.
