老旧建筑的结构改造设计探究——以上海市黄浦区某文物保护建筑结构改造设计为例

在历史建筑保护修缮过程中,设计人员应从施工安全性与经济性等角度出发,并且根据建筑物的实际情况来开展结构改造设计工作。在上海市黄浦区某文物保护建筑结构改造设计过程中,设计人员采用了保留外墙、替换内部结构的方法。本文详细介绍了此次改造设计过程中的关键技术,并且提出了合理的施工顺序以及安全措施,以期为今后类似的项目设计提供借鉴。

In the process of the protection and repair of historical and cultural building, designers should carry out structural transformation design from the perspective of construction safety and economy,and consider the actual situation of buildings. In the structural transformation design of a historical and cultural protection building in Huangpu district of Shanghai, designers adopted the method of retaining the external wall and replacing the internal structure.This paper introduces the key technologies in the transformation design process in detail, and puts forward reasonable construction sequence and safety measures, so as to provide reference for similar project design in the future.
