建筑工程管理创新及绿色施工管理研究

RESEARCH ON BUILDING ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT INNOVATION AND GREEN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

随着环境污染、能源危机等问题的不断恶化,人们的目光不再局限于生活和经济水平等层面,而是向环境保护、能源高效、可持续发展层面拓展。近年来,建筑业是导致环境污染及能源消耗的主要行业,做好建筑行业的改革与创新是大势所趋。笔者以自身经验为基础,对建筑工程管理、绿色施工管理创新进行阐述,以期为相关工作提供参考。

With the deterioration of environmental pollution and energy crisis, people’s attention is no longer limited to the level of living and economic level,but to the level of environmental protection, energy efficiency and sustainable development. In recent years, the construction industry is the main industry that causes environmental pollution and energy consumption, and it is the general trend to do a good job in the reform and innovation of the construction industry. Based on the author’s experience, this paper expounds the innovation of building engineering management and green construction management, so as to provide reference for relevant work.
