建筑工程施工合同管理存在的问题及对策分析

现阶段,经济的良好发展带动了建筑工程行业的飞速发展。建筑工程施工涉及的领域越来越多,工程建设难度也越来越大,一旦忽视了工程施工合同管理,合同纠纷问题就会频繁发生。这不仅影响工程工期,而且将直接影响建筑企业的经济利益与社会效益。因此,如何降低施工合同管理风险、提升施工合同的严密性、降低合同纠纷的发生概率,已逐渐成为整个建筑行业需要关注的问题。基于此,本文分析了建筑工程施工合同中普遍存在的问题,提出了有针对性的解决对策,以供参考。

At present, the sound economic development has led to the rapid development of the construction industry. More and more fields are involved in the construction of building engineering,and the construction difficulty is also increasing.Once the construction contract management is ignored, contract disputes will occur frequently, which not only affects the construction period, but also directly affects the economic and social benefits of construction enterprises. Therefore, how to reduce the risk of construction contract management, improve the tightness of construction contracts, and reduce the probability of contract disputes has gradually become a problem that needs attention in the whole construction industry. Based on this, this paper analyzes the common problems in the construction contract of building engineering, and puts forward targeted countermeasures for reference.
