APPLICATION ANALYSIS OF EPC GENERAL CONTRACT MODE

随着EPC总承包模式的不断推广和发展,EPC总承包合同模式变得多种多样。本文主要对“限额设计下的定额计价及投标下浮率模式”“限额设计下的经评审确定的工程量清单总价总承包模式”和“限额设计下的模拟清单模式”的应用现状、优缺点及风险分担等进行阐述,以期为后续EPC总承包合同管理提供参考价值。

With the continuous promotion and development of EPC general contracting mode, EPC general contract mode has become varied. In this paper,the application status, advantages and disadvantages and risk sharing of “quota pricing and bidding floating rate mode under quota design”, “reviewed and determined total price general contracting mode of bill of quantities under quota design” and “simulation list mode under quota design” are expounded, so as to provide reference value for subsequent EPC general contract management.
