农业文化遗产视角下坝上长尾鸡养殖系统的价值及保护利用研究

Study on the Value,Protection and Utilization of Bashang Long-tailed Chicken Breeding System from the Perspective of Agricultural Cultural Heritage

地方畜禽物种资源以其独有的丰富内涵与多重价值,是农业发展的基础资源,也是农业文化遗产的重要组成部分。为研究坝上长尾鸡养殖系统所蕴含的农业文化遗产价值与保护现状,通过文献查阅、口述访谈、实地调研等方法对坝上长尾鸡养殖系统开展系统分析。结果表明,坝上长尾鸡养殖系统具有悠久的历史价值、高效的经济价值、绿色生态价值与文化民俗价值;通过品种保护、扩繁与利用,建立扶贫代养机制,开发优质产品等途径取得一定的保护成效;但仍存在民众对坝上长尾鸡养殖系统认知程度不高、缺乏科学保护体系、保护手段单一、产业融合发展不充分等问题,并据此提出坝上长尾鸡养殖系统保护建议。

local livestock and poultry species resources are not only the basic resources of agricultural development,but also an important part of agricultural cultural heritage because of their rich connotation and multiple values.In order to study the value and protection of the agricultural cultural heritage in the breeding system of Bashang Changhou chicken,the systematic analysis of the system was carried out by means of literature review,oral interview and field investigation.The results showed that the long-tailed chicken breeding system in Bashang has a long historical value,high-efficient economic value,green ecological value and cultural folk value,establishing the mechanism of supporting the poor and providing for them,developing high-quality products and other ways to achieve a certain degree of protection:However,there are still some problems,such as low level of public awareness,lack of scientific protection system,single protection means and insufficient development of industry integration,etc.,based on this,some suggestions on protection of Banshang longtail chicken breeding system were put forward.
