摘要
参照疼痛视觉模拟评分系统,本文制定了面瘫和面肌痉挛的中国分级标准,从而实现了中国人应该有自己的分级标准的愿望,为射频治疗过程中快速准确地把握射频终止时机,也为避免出现射频过度引起严重面瘫并发症提供了有力的判断手段。
Chinese grading scales of facial paralysis and facial spasm are formulated in this paper by referring to the visual analogue scale system for pain,so as to realize the desire that Chinese people should have their own grading standards,also to provide an assessment tool for realizing the rapid and accurate evaluation of termination during the process of radiofrequency ablation therapy and for avoiding the occurrence of severe facial paralysis complications by excessive radiofrequency ablation.
