摘要
糖尿病神经病变(DN)和血管病变(DA)是糖尿病最常见并发症,是糖尿病患者预后不良的主要原因。现阶段对其治疗多依赖药物。体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)是一种安全有效的治疗手段。本文综述该疗法在糖尿病神经血管病变的应用,以期为DN和DA的治疗提供新的思路。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and diabetic angiopathy(DA)are the most common complications and the main causes of poor prognosis in patients with diabetes mellitus.At present,the treatments mostly depend on medicine.Extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)is a safe and effective method,and this article reviewed the progresses of this method for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy and diabetic angiopathy to provide new ideas for its treatment.
