摘要 为调度电动汽车提供短时需求响应,建立考虑道路交通模型的电动汽车短时需求响应模型,计及用户行驶过程、充放电过程成本,综合考虑电动汽车评分、用户参与率以及距离引起的响应不确定性,设计两步式定价的响应激励方法,并提出电动汽车聚合商短时调度策略。聚合商模拟用户实际响应情况进行调度决策,参与竞价,并根据出清结果调整调度计划。算例验证了所提模型的有效性。 In order to dispatch electric vehicles to provide short-term demand response,an electric vehicle short-term demand response model considering road traffic models is established.Taking into account the costs of the user's driving process and their charging and discharging process,and with due consideration given to the electric vehicle evaluation,the user participation rate and the response uncertainty caused by the distances,a two-step pricing response incentive method is designed,and a short-term scheduling strategy for electric vehicle aggregators is proposed.The aggregator simulates the actual response of users to make scheduling decisions,participate in bidding,and adjust the scheduling plan according to the clearing result.The calculation example verifies the validity of the model proposed in this paper.
