摘要 该文研究了隔离断路器取代母线侧隔离开关、断路器及线路侧隔离开关对供电可靠性的影响。文中以110kV单母线一进四出的接线方式为例,应用泊松分布表征设备故障分布,建立了常规开关出线和隔离断路器出线的供电可靠性分析模型,模型考虑了母线停电对全站供电可靠性的影响,模型参数通过调研获得,应用该模型计算了不同检修方式和不同计划检修周期下,常规开关出线和隔离断路器出线的总停电检修时间,结果显示,如应用全站同步检修的方式,则采用隔离断路器出线的供电可靠性明显优于常规开关出线,不会因为母线受累停电导致供电可靠性下降。隔离断路器可以推广应用。 This paper studies the influence of the replacement of the disconnecting circuit-breaker for the bus-side disconnecting switch,the circuit-breaker and the line-side disconnecting switch on the power supply reliability.Taking a 110kV single bus with one incoming and four outgoing lines as an example And using the Poisson distribution to characterize the distribution of equipment faults,the reliability analysis model of the outgoing line based on the regular switch and the disconnecting circuit-breaker is established.The model takes into account the impact of bus withdrawal on the power supply reliability of the whole station,in which the model parameters are obtained from investigatigation.The model is used to analyze the total maintenance time of the outgoing line based on the regular switch and the disconnecting circuit-breaker respectively under different maintenance methods and different planned maintenance cycles.It is found that if the whole station is overhauled simultaneously,the power supply reliability of the outgoing line based on the disconnecting circuit-breaker is significantly better than that of the conventional switching.The reliability of power supply is not reduced due to the bus affected outage.The disconnecting circuit-breaker is worthy of being widely used.
