基于D-S理论与云模型的企业社会责任评价

Evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility Based on D-S Theory and Cloud Model

根据《卓越绩效评价准则》—GB/T19580标准,构建包含公共责任、道德行为以及公益支持的评价体系,对制造企业社会责任综合评价.但由于社会责任评价涉及到定性指标和不确定性信息的处理,容易导致评价结果不准确.针对此问题,引入新方法,基于云模型相似度的证据合成;用改进后的D-S合成方法,有效避免数据冲突,确定评价结果;在涉及到mass函数的生成上,利用云模型进行定性指标的定量转化,提出云模型相似度作为mass函数.最后实例表明本文方法的有效性与可行性.

According to "Criteria for Performance Excellence"-standard GB T19580,an evaluation system including public responsibility,moral behavior and public welfare support was constructed to comprehensively evaluate corporate social responsibility in the manufacturing industry.However,as the social responsibility evaluation involves the processing of qualitative indicators and uncertain information,it is easy to lead to inaccurate evaluation results.Aiming at this problem,a new method is introduced to synthesize evidence based on cloud model similarity.The improved D-S synthesis method is used to effectively avoid data conflicts and determine evaluation results.In the generation of mass functions,cloud model is used to make quantitative transformation of qualitative indicators,and cloud model similarity is proposed as mass function.Finally,an example shows the validity and feasibility of this method.
