摘要
在城市燃气管网系统中,中低压管道占比最高,发生泄漏风险的概率最大.常用的燃气管道抢修技术有带压修复和不带压修复两类,带压修复又包括手工焊接和机械作业两种方式.如何在保证安全的前提下快速高效的修复漏点,在抢修方式的选择上需要综合考虑泄漏点的严重程度、泄漏管段下游所带用户情况、事故地点周边环境等多方面因素.本文以北京市中低压燃气管网的泄漏抢修情况为研究基础,针对不同压力级制、主线或支线泄漏所适合采用的泄漏抢修技术进行了分析评价,并从危险性、作业环境要求、用户影响、时效性等角度对中低压管道泄漏抢修技术进行了适用性分析,以期为今后随时可能发生的中低压管道泄漏抢修能快速响应、高效处置、减少损失提供一定的参考意义.
With the proportion of medium and low-pressure gas pipelines is the highest,the probability of leakage risk is the highest in the urban gas pipeline network system.The commonly used gas pipeline emergency repair technologies include pressure repair and non-pressure repair.Pressure repair also includes manual welding and mechanical operation.On the premise of ensuring safety,how to quickly and efficiently repair the leakage source needs to comprehensively consider the severity of the leakage source,the downstream users of the leakage pipe section,the surrounding environment of the accident area and many other factors.This article is based on the research on the leakage repair of the medium and low-pressure gas pipeline network in Beijing to analyze the leakage repair technology suitable for pipelines with different pressure levels and different leak locations.And the applicability of the leakage repair technology of medium and low-pressure pipe network is analyzed from the perspectives of risk,operation environment requirements,user influence and timeliness in order to provide some reference significance for the rapid response,efficient disposal and loss reduction of medium and low-pressure pipeline leakage repair that may occur at any time in the future.
