摘要
我国北方农村供暖方式较为原始,会对环境造成严重破坏,而农村地区拥有丰富的可再生能源,因地制宜地应用可再生能源对农村供暖具有重要意义。中深层地热供暖作为一种清洁能源的供暖方式,其系统耗电量较大,运行成本较高,在农村地区的应用案例较少。为此依托河北雄县某农村地热站集中供暖工程,通过对供暖季实测数据的分析,发现因农村建筑围护结构热工性能较差,单位建筑面积耗能量较高为0.53 GJ/(m^(2)·a);该项目通过管理人员的经验来调节系统运行模式,分析运行数据发现用户侧水泵流量超出设计值的时间段并非十分严寒,说明用户侧水泵以人工经验调节有所不当,导致系统耗电量较大;通过分阶段变流量热量调节策略对系统运行模式进行优化后,单位供暖面积水泵耗电量指标由6.5 kW·h/m^(2)降低到4.9 kW·h/m^(2),可节约25%的运行耗电量;在农村地区实行地热供暖将大大减少污染物排放,对改善农村环境起到重要作用。
Rural heating in northern China is relatively primitive,which will cause serious damage to the environment.Rural areas have abundant renewable energy,so it is of great significance to apply renewable energy according to local conditions for rural heating.As a kind of clean energy heating mode,the middle and deep geothermal heating system consumes a lot of power and costs a lot,so it is rarely used in rural area.Based on the centralized heating project of a rural geothermal station in Xiong county,Hebei province,this paper analyzed the measured data of heating season,and found that due to the poor thermal performance of rural building enclosure structure,the energy consumption per unit building area was 0.53 GJ/(m^(2)·a).The project adjusted the operating mode of the system based on the experience of managers.Analysis of the operating data found that the time period when the flow rate of the user-side pump exceeded the design value was not very cold,indicating that the user-side pump was adjusted improperly by manual experience,which caused the system to consume a lot of power;After optimizing the operation mode of the system through the staged variable flow heat regulation strategy,the power consumption index of the water pump per unit heating area is reduced from 6.5 kW·h/m^(2)to 4.9 kW·h/m^(2),which could save 25%of the operation power consumption.The implementation of geothermal heating in rural areas will greatly reduce pollutant emissions and play an important role in improving the rural environment.
