摘要
结合文献研究及对天津涉农区县的实地调研,深入了解当地农村住宅建筑结构、平面布局、外围护结构构造等,分析该地区农村住宅能耗高的原因,并总结归纳具有节能改造意义的当地农村住宅典型形式。构建出典型农村住宅模型并在DeST平台中进行模拟,得到农村住宅模型全年累计热负荷指标。以《农村居住建筑节能设计标准》中的要求——农村住宅节能改造后节能率要达到50%以上作为改造方案设计的目标,选择净现值、净现值率以及净现值率增量作为节能改造方案经济效益的评价指标,通过综合比较,得到不同投资下的最优改造方案,以期为天津农村既有住宅节能改造提供经济可行的方案和理论参考。
Combined with literature research and field research on Tianjin’s agricultural-related districts and counties,the structure of local rural residential buildings,flat layout,and peripheral protection structure are learned,the reasons for the high energy consumption of rural housing in this area are analyzed,and the typical forms of local rural housing with energy-saving transformation significance are summarized.A typical residential model is constructed and simulated in the DeST platform,and the cumulative heat load index of the farmhouse model is obtained.To achieve the requirements of the“Rural Residential Building Energy Saving Design Standard”-rural residential energy-saving transformation after retrofitting to reach more than 50%as the goal,NPV,NPV and NPV increment are chosen as the evaluation index of the economic benefits of the energy-saving retrofitting program.Through comprehensive comparison,the optimal retrofitting program under different investments is obtained,with a view to providing economic feasible programs and theoretical references for the existing residential energy-saving retrofit in rural Tianjin.
