我国中部地区新能源产业发展差异研究

Research on the development differences of new energy industry in central region of China

随着新能源行业的不断发展,政府如何制定切实可行的政策扶持成为关注的焦点问题。通过测算中部六省2006~2016年的新能源产业的区位商值,对不同地区新能源产业发展阶段进行划分,并结合地区实际分析其发展差异。为进一步探究中部地区新能源行业发展的影响因素,通过建立面板回归模型进行实证分析,得到了交通及配套设施、产业政策以及信息传送能力三个显著性影响因素,并根据发展差异与实证分析的结果从规划引领、政策支持、设施配套以及科技与业态创新四个方面提出建议。

With the continuous development of the new energy industry,how to formulate practical policy support has become the focus of attention.By measuring the location quotient of the new energy industry in the six central provinces from 2006 to 2016,the development stages of the new energy industry in different regions are divided,and the development differences are analyzed in combination with the actual conditions of the regions.In order to further explore the influencing factors of the development of the new energy industry in the central region,an empirical analysis was conducted by establishing a panel regression model,and three significant influencing factors of transportation and supporting facilities,industrial policies and information transmission capabilities were obtained.Proposals are made from four aspects:planning and guidance,policy support,facilities supporting,and technology and business innovation.
