基本养老保险对家庭相对贫困的影响分析

Analysis of the impact of basic old-age insurance on relative poverty of families

随着脱贫攻坚战的胜利,我国下一步面临的是相对贫困的问题,文章使用2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据实证分析,通过倾向得分匹配(PSM)法,探讨基本养老保险对家庭相对贫困的影响。结果表明:老年人参加基本养老保险可以缓解家庭陷入相对贫困的风险,从城乡居民基本养老保险和职工基本养老保险上来看,老年人口参与职工养老保险对家庭陷入相对贫困的影响并不显著,城乡居民养老保险的参保状况则对家庭相对贫困有明显作用。

With the victory of the battle against poverty,China has been facing the problem of relative poverty.This paper uses the empirical analysis of 2018 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data and discusses the impact of basic old-age insurance on family relative poverty through propensity score matching(PSM)method.The results show that the participation of the elderly in basic endowment insurance can alleviate the risk of families falling into relative poverty.From the perspective of basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents and basic endowment insurance for employees,the participation of the elderly in employee endowment insurance is not significant for families falling into relative poverty,while the participation of urban and rural residents in endowment insurance has a significant effect on families falling into relative poverty.
